Our pricing is aggressive and our seasoned group of Sales Advisors and Customer Service Agents are here to assist you if needed.

 

  Are your prices negotiable? Back

The prices on our website are very agresive and is the best pricing we can offer regardless of quantity. We do not have speical pricing for Resellers, Government or education. We do not price match. Shipping charges are not negotiable.

 

  Are your products new or refurbished? Back

Only one percent of our products are refurbished. Those products are clearly labled "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" in the description of the product.

 

  Can I place an Order by phone? Back


If you are not comfortable with placing an on-line order thru our secure Website, one of our Sales Advisors will be happy to assist you. Please call us.

  Ship to a different address than my billing address? Back


Securemart.com will only ship to your credit card billing address or to another address in the same city. If you wish your product to be shipped to a different state, please contact your credit card company to have the shipping address added as an alternate shipping address on the bank's records before placing your order.
NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

  My Bill To address is a P.O. Box. What do I do? Back


Please do not enter a P.O. Box in the Bill To section. Use your Ship To address instead. Place the order and when you get your order number call Customer Service at (714) 692-3443 option 2 and one of our customer service agents will take your P.O. Box information and bank phone number over the phone. This process may delay your order.

 

  Can I change my order after I submit it on-line? Back

Once an order is submitted it can only be changed by contacting Customer Service. Securemart.com processes orders very quickly so if you need to make a change, call us immediately.

  How long does it take to process my order? Back

Securemart.com offices are open Monday to Friday and all orders are processed between the hours of 8AM to 4PM PST. Orders placed after 4pm or on Weekends are processed the following business day.

  Can I track my Order on-line? Back

When you place your order on-line you will receive an E-mail from us confirming your order. You will then receive a second E-mail when your order has shipped. You may check the status of your order on-line typically 48 hours after order placement.
Note: Before calling Securemart.com Customer Service for order status, please wait at least 48 hours.

  How do I get an Invoice? Back

As you complete the checkout process, the website will prompt you to print your invoice directly from the web page. Please keep this copy as this will be your only invoice.

  Can I pickup my Order? Back

No. Securemart.com ships from over 16 regional warehouses across the country directly to you so you get your items quickly.

 
Can I specify a time and date to have my order delivered?
Back

No. The shipping carriers deliver throughout the day and cannot promise a specific time or date.
When you check your Order Status on our website you will receive tracking numbers that you can check on the shipping carrier’s website for delivery date.

  What if my product is on backorder? Back


If you place an order for an item that our website indicated was available and it turns out to be backordered you will be notified by phone or E-Mail and you will not be charged for that item. Securemart.com does not take backorders at this time.

  My Order did not come on time? Back

Delays sometimes do occur with the Delivery Carriers when packages are shipped. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays. If we incorrectly shipped your Order we will reimburse you for the difference in the shipping rates.

  My order was missing items? Back


First, be sure you have checked the entire contents of the boxes. Second, please be aware that Securemart.com.com does not stock every item directly in one warehouse. Frequently, orders are shipped from one or more warehouse locations. The remainder of your order is likely already on the way. If possible, please allow an extra 2 business days for the remainder of your order to arrive, before contacting Securemart.com for status. You can also check the status of the other items on our website.

We accept the following Credit Cards:

We do not add a surcharge for credit card purchases

In order to expedite your order we need the following information:

  • Your name as it appears on the credit card
  • Your credit card billing address, as it appears on the credit card statement.
  • Your daytime phone number
  • Your credit card number
  • The 3 digit number on the back of the card.

If any of this information is incorrect it may cause a delay in processing your order.
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, additional verification will be required and this may delay your order.
This additional verification is for your protection as it insures that the person placing the order is the owner of the credit card.
All credit cards must be from a US Bank or other verifiable source.

  Return Policy Back


RMA Request

Securemart.com will not accept any merchandise into our warehouse without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
In order to get an RMA number, please call our Customer Service Department.

RMA’s issued by Securemart.com are good for 10 days only. Product must be received within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.

A return is credited in the same manner as you paid. If you paid with a credit card, the credit will be issued to that card. If you paid with a check or wire transfer, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received in the Securemart.com warehouse.

Securemart.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or share your confidential information with any other party. We hate it when we end up on someone’s junk mail list after placing an order so we certainly wouldn’t do it to you.

  Delivery Signature Required for all Shipments Back


All orders shipped will require a signature from the delivery carrier. Packages will not be left without an adult signature. You may leave a note for the delivery carrier with your signature and location to leave your package.

Three (3) Attempts will be made by the delivery carrier. Upon the 3rd and final attempt, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Customer must contact Securemart.com to have the order re-shipped. All shipping/freight charges are applicable for products returned to our warehouse after 3rd attempt. All orders that are re-shipped out to the customer will incur shipping/freight charge.

If you need to cancel an order:
Please call our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it. If we have already shipped your order and you need to return it, please read our information on Return Policy.

  Warranty Back


Product Warranty
All new products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Securemart does not warrant the performance or integrity of any product, but merely passes thru to the customer whatever the end-user warranty the manufacturers offer for their products. The manufacturer will provide repair service during the warranty period.

Securemart.com will refund most new items within 25 days of receipt of order with the following exceptions:

Securemart.com cannot accept any returns or replacement for ANY product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any DEFECTIVE item missing the UPC sticker.

A NOTE ABOUT PRICES:
Due to the fluctuating prices of computer products and software, refunds for items purchased will be at the current selling price of the item at the time a return is requested. We do not provide price protection after a purchase has been made because the manufacturers do not give us price protection.

The RMA must be sent back to Securemart.com with a delivery carrier that can provide a tracking number for proof of delivery. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you FULLY INSURE the shipment for the value of the item(s) being returned. Securemart.com will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. These shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

  Defective or Damaged in Transit Product Back


Definitions: A defective product is an order that arrived in good condition, but the product inside failed to operate correctly. A damaged in transit product is one where the box is damaged and the product inside may be damaged.

Who pays for shipping on a defective item?
Securemart.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not the manufacturer. Since we are not the manufacturer, we split the shipping cost with our customer. The customer pays for shipping to Securemart.com and Securemart.com pays for the shipping back to you.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. Securemart.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not the manufacturer. We will replace an item that is defective with the same product only. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs are non refundable. Why do we have this policy? Claiming an item is "defective" is an easy way out of a restocking fee just because you no longer want the product you purchased.

  My Product was Damaged in Transit Back


If your order arrives and appears to be damaged, do not sign for it. Please refuse the delivery of the package. The delivery carrier will return the package to us.
Please call our Customer Service Department and tell them you have refused the package. You may also e-mail us at customerservice@securemart.com. Please indicate your Order Number and the reason the package was refused.

If you were unable to refuse the delivery, please call the delivery carrier that delivered you the package and ask them to pick up the damaged package. Make sure you get a receipt for the pickup. E-mail us at shipmentrefusal@securemart.com. Please indicate your Order Number and what the problem was with the package.

When you call or e-mail us about a damaged package, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
For replacement, we will only send you the replacement upon receipt of the returned product to Securemart.com
For refund, we will process your refund of the item upon receipt of the returned item to Securemart.com.
